Where do we ship?
We ship worldwide! 
Shipping Times
In most instances, we are shipping from our warehouses in the US/EU/ASIA. If your order is factory direct, please expect an estimated 4 - 15 business days to receive your order for free shipping, or possibly longer depending on the region of the destination. Shipping time estimates to your address are available for every product, please email info@hendsy.com if you have any questions regarding the typical shipping time of your order to your region. 

Shipping & Handling Process

In addition to our stock, we source some items directly from manufactures to keep our prices low, therefore your order may come in multiple packages depending on US/ASIA/EU warehouse stock availability when the order was placed. Our handling time usually takes about 2-3 business days and then the orders are handed over to our shipping partners. Our shipping times are dependent on where you live in the world. 

Shipping Costs

We provide free worldwide shipping for all orders! We don't like any additional fees "surprising fees", so we try to encourage it to our customers.

RETURNS

Return Policy

Shopping for your home should be fun, so don’t be afraid to mix things up! If an item isn’t the perfect match, return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging.

You can choose between a refund in-store credit (choose another color or product) or a refund to your original payment method.

HENDSY does not cover the cost of return shipping. As soon as we receive the return from you to our warehouse, we will begin to process the return which will take 2-3 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

We know how frustrating this situation can be. We will issue you a brand new item once we confirm the item was defective. If the item is to be returned, shipping costs are to be covered by us.

We’ll provide return instructions for the damaged or defective item. Be sure to complete this process within 30 days of the delivery date.

We apologize for your less than perfect experience.

Return Shipping Guidelines

Our returns team will be able to provide you with the closest location for you to ship the return. We will process your return within 2 business days of us receiving the product. 

Returns must be with a tracking number. It will make it easier for us to ensure your return is processed as soon as possible.
